Many gas delays come from coordination, not technical issues
Poor communication between utilities and contractors, missed inspections, scheduling conflicts and incomplete applications all lead to lost construction time and higher project costs.
| Common problem | How we coordinate it |
|---|---|
| Incomplete application processes | Receipt of applications and documents confirmed with the utility |
| Scheduling conflicts | Contractor readiness coordinated before utility scheduling |
| Missed inspections | Contractor work verified complete before the inspection request |

Common questions
Do you install the gas line?
No. ClearPath acts solely as a consultant and liaison. Your licensed contractors do the physical work.
Can you guarantee a gas on date?
No. Utility scheduling, approvals and installation timelines are outside our control, and coordination services do not guarantee them. We track each step, follow up with every party and keep you updated on the current status.
What types of projects do you coordinate?
Natural gas utility coordination for residential, multi residential and commercial projects.
When should I contact ClearPath?
For a new build, reach out once the site has been cleared. If you’re converting an existing property to natural gas, contact us when you’ve decided to make the switch.
How does ClearPath charge for its services?
ClearPath charges a flat fee per project for residential coordination and emergency escalation. Builder and developer work may be priced per project or through a monthly retainer. Some commercial work may be billed hourly.
Send us the project details. We will start with a consultation call.
Share the property address, scope of work, contractor information, utility provider and target timeline, and we will follow up to schedule the call.
